HR Executive - Recruitment & Employee Management

About the role

A multi-disciplinary design and printing firm is hiring an HR Executive in Phase 8, Karachi, to run recruitment and day-to-day employee management independently. The role covers hiring cold callers, frontcallers, upsellers and production team members, and managing employees from onboarding through exit.

Key responsibilities

• Understand departmental hiring needs, prepare job descriptions, post vacancies and source candidates
• Screen CVs, shortlist applicants and schedule and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with team leads to assess candidates, finalise selections with management and handle salary negotiations within approved budgets
• Prepare offer letters, handle joining formalities and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, track attendance and leave, and coordinate probation and performance reviews
• Address employee concerns, implement company policies and handle resignations and exit formalities
• Keep recruitment progress reports and update management on vacancies, candidate pipelines and staffing needs

Required profile

• 4 years of experience
• BBA in HR
• Hands-on recruitment and HR operations experience, preferably in sales, call center and production roles
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and own the full recruitment and employee management process

Required skills

• Strong interviewing, communication, organisational and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage several hiring requirements at once

The position is onsite, Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm, with market-competitive pay.
