HR Executive – Shift Operations

About the role

Fulcrum – Our Client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee day‑to‑day HR operations within a rotational shift environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth payroll processing, accurate attendance tracking, and effective workforce management for on‑site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations during assigned rotational shifts.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor attendance, leave records, and time‑keeping systems.
• Prepare and maintain employee shift rosters.
• Supervise on‑site labor and workforce management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Handle employee queries and routine HR matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management and relevant departments on HR‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, attendance, and workforce management.
• Experience in a shift‑based or labor‑intensive environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using HR/time‑keeping systems.
