HR Executive – Technical Recruitment (IT)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to lead end‑to‑end HR operations with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment for the IT sector. Based in Bahria Town, Lahore, you will manage everything from hiring to payroll while supporting employee engagement and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Lead technical recruitment for developers, engineers, QA and other IT roles.
• Design and execute headhunting strategies to attract top‑tier talent.
• Process payroll, attendance, and manage compensation structures.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, experience letters, and warning letters.
• Manage HR‑related social media activities, including job postings and employer branding on LinkedIn.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
• Coordinate performance evaluations, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning with management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience covering all HR functions.
• Strong background in technical recruitment within the IT sector (mandatory).
• Hands‑on experience with payroll management and HR documentation.
• Proven ability to source and headhunt quality candidates.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
