About the role
Tekboox is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join the team on a night shift schedule. The role focuses on managing core HR functions, policy development, and employee lifecycle activities to support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies in line with company objectives and compliance standards.
- Design, track and evaluate departmental and individual KPIs to drive performance.
- Manage employee grievances professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle employee relations, negotiations and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR SOPs for streamlined operations.
- Oversee payroll processing and attendance management with accuracy.
- Lead performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation and HR compliance.
- Coordinate recruitment activities when required and support onboarding processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands‑on HR Generalist experience, preferably in BPO or IT.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently on night shift (5 pm–2 am or 6 pm–3 am).
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software, preferably FlowHCM.
