HR Intern - Learning & Development

About the role

Pakistan Single Window is looking for an HR Intern in its Training department in Karachi. The internship is on-site and focuses on supporting learning and development activities, including training programs, onboarding and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing and delivering training programs and workshops
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
• Create, update and organise L&D materials, presentations and e-learning content
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records and documentation
• Gather participant feedback and help analyse training effectiveness
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives
• Carry out basic research on L&D trends, tools and best practices
• Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing development projects

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Required skills

• Basic understanding of HR functions, especially training and development
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
