HR Lead – People & Talent Strategy

About the role

Intellia, a next‑generation AI strategy and advisory firm, is looking for an HR Lead to build and scale its people function. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape talent acquisition, development, and retention for a high‑performance consulting team operating across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive talent strategy and workforce plan.
• Create structured pipelines with top universities and design a best‑in‑class recruitment process for consulting roles.
• Establish performance‑management and career‑progression frameworks.
• Build and embed a high‑performance, ownership‑driven culture.
• Develop learning and capability‑building programs for consulting teams.
• Set up and manage core HR systems, policies, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership on hiring, org design, and people decisions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in HR, talent, or people roles.
• Background in consulting, high‑growth startups, or global organisations preferred.
• Exposure to international markets or overseas clients.
• Strong ability to work with high‑caliber, intellectually rigorous teams.
• Structured thinker with strong execution capability.
• Comfortable in a lean, high‑ownership environment.
