HR Management Executive – Talent Acquisition & Operations

About the role

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) is looking for a Management Executive – Human Resources to lead talent acquisition and HR operations for its subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd, the largest LPG marketer in Pakistan. You will shape recruitment strategy, enhance HR processes and support the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Develop and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies to attract high‑quality talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill approved positions on time.
• Administer HRIS activities, maintain accurate employee records and support HR technology enhancements.
• Assist in creating, reviewing and updating HR policies, employee handbooks and SOPs.
• Support employee lifecycle processes including induction, contract administration, leave management and separations.
• Drive learning and development initiatives, conduct training needs assessments and organize orientation programs.
• Provide guidance to line managers on recruitment, performance management and employee relations.

Required profile

• Minimum 16 years of education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields; MBA/MS in HRM preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience covering talent acquisition, HR operations, policy development and HRIS implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms and digital HR transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, onboarding, performance management and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
