HR Manager

About the role

Media Flare is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its team in DHA Raya, Phase 6, Lahore. The role covers managing HR operations, leading recruitment and creating a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and hiring
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Oversee onboarding, orientation and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations, discipline and conflict resolution
• Coordinate payroll, salary processing, employee benefits and performance appraisals
• Monitor performance and support professional development
• Plan and run engagement and team-building activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws, and handle day-to-day HR operations

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in human resource management
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage several HR responsibilities independently

Required skills

• Good command of MS Office
• Knowledge of HR management practices

What we offer

• Salary package of PKR 70,000 to 100,000
• Sunday off; working hours 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
