About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function in Lahore. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance to support our high‑tech business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from job postings to onboarding and retention.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Design and deliver training and development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR metrics and reporting.
- Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
- Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 6‑10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage confidential information.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and change management.
- HR certification such as SHRM‑CP or PHR is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
