HR Manager – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

Hightech Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Lahore. You will be responsible for shaping recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements.
• Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Coordinate training and development programs to upskill staff.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare HR budget, track metrics, and report to senior management.
• Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience working on‑site and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Competency in HR software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
