HR Manager – Remote, 3-5 Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources initiatives. You will shape talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations to build a high‑performing, inclusive team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and collaborate with department heads on hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Executive.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
