HR Manager - Retail & Luxury Products

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources functions for its retail and luxury product divisions in Lahore. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance across multiple store locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, employee records, payroll coordination, policy administration, and legal compliance.
• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for frontline, sales, corporate, and managerial positions.
• Partner with senior management and department heads on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and staffing strategies.
• Manage onboarding, training programs, employee development initiatives, and retention strategies.
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Administer performance management processes, including probation reviews, appraisals, feedback, and improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with business needs and local labor laws.
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, retention) and prepare reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
• 10–12 years of hands‑on HR experience, with a strong background in retail or luxury sectors.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development.
• Experience in workforce planning, headcount management, and multi‑location store operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior management and department heads.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
