HR Ops and Employee Engagement Associate

Carbonteq is seeking an HR Ops and Employee Engagement Associate to shape a vibrant workplace culture and amplify the company’s story online. This role blends people‑focused programming with creative content production, ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys both event planning and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs, team‑building events, and milestone celebrations.
• Manage the full performance review cycle, including timelines, templates, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Handle day‑to‑day HR operations such as employee documentation, leave records, and data maintenance.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels, leveraging AI tools for ideation, drafting, visuals, and analytics.
• Collect and analyse employee feedback through surveys, turning data into actionable insights.
• Own recognition programs to highlight and celebrate employee achievements.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated.
• Drive internal communications to keep the workforce informed about news and upcoming initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or employer branding.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Genuine interest in people, culture, and employee experience.

Required skills

• Content creation and social media management (content calendar planning, post production).
• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with HRIS or survey platforms for data collection.
• Basic design or short‑form video editing abilities.
