HR Partner – Beauty & Wellbeing (PTAB)

About the role
The HR Partner will support the Beauty & Wellbeing Business Unit across Pakistan and Bangladesh, driving the strategic people agenda and helping the business win and grow. You will work closely with senior HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver talent, organisation and capability initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior HR Business Partners on talent management, organisation design and capability building.
- Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects that support the PTAB region.
- Help shape a high‑performance culture aligned with the Beauty & Wellbeing brand values.
- Provide HR expertise to business leaders to enable effective decision‑making.
- Support the implementation of people priorities for the Business Unit.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering a strategic people agenda in the Beauty & Wellbeing sector.
- Experience in HR business partnering within a regional or multi‑country context.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Ability to blend day‑to‑day business partnering with strategic HR initiatives.
