HR & People Operations Generalist

About the role

Volga Partners is looking for a motivated, organized, and people‑focused HR & People Operations Generalist to support its growing global workforce. This role blends HR, people operations, and talent acquisition responsibilities in a fast‑paced, multi‑regional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of People Operations, leaders, and project teams to deliver workforce initiatives.
• Support recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding, employee experience, and workforce administration processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and global HR policies and regulations.
• Coordinate project launches and operational activities across regions.
• Provide day‑to‑day employee support and act as a trusted point of contact.
