HR Recruiting Analytics Specialist

About the role

The HR Recruiting Analytics Specialist will bridge high‑volume talent acquisition with strategic data operations for a leading telecom client. Based in Karachi, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for critical positions while turning recruitment data into actionable insights for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain live dashboards tracking KPIs such as Time‑to‑Hire, Cost‑Per‑Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source of Hire and Pipeline Diversity.
• Analyze turnover and pipeline data, produce monthly/quarterly trend reports, and flag retention risks.
• Ensure HRIS data accuracy and seamless integration between ATS, payroll and performance management systems.
• Execute full‑cycle recruitment for critical roles (e.g., Accounting, Payroll, HR, Technical) including active sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Manage requisitions across platforms, reduce backlog of open roles older than six days, and implement rigorous screening filters.
• Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment with budgetary goals.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience from contact through onboarding while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal audit standards.
