HR Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead the development and implementation of HR policies, recruitment processes, and talent management strategies for our Lahore office. The role combines policy drafting, compliance oversight, and hands‑on talent acquisition in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain comprehensive HR policy documents, including employee handbooks, code of conduct, attendance, leave, and performance review guidelines.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures for recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation, and off‑boarding.
• Ensure all policies comply with Pakistan labour laws and reflect modern agency culture.
• Source high‑calibre talent such as performance marketers, creative leads, developers, and account managers through industry networks.
• Design candidate evaluation frameworks and delegate initial screenings and administrative coordination to the HR Assistant.
• Conduct secondary and final interview rounds, lead salary negotiations, and close offers.
• Supervise and train the HR Assistant, overseeing leave tracking, document archiving, and daily administrative tasks.
• Compile monthly attendance and payroll data for finance approval.
• Advise executive management on talent strategy, team structure, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting HR policies, manuals, or SOPs in a previous role.
• Prior HR experience within a digital marketing, advertising, or tech/creative agency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation, labour compliance, and policy writing.
• Ability to build systems and delegate daily administrative tasks to an assistant.
