HRIS & Systems Integration Consultant – Agentic AI - Onsite Islamabad

About the role

We are building a Workday Developer team and need a professional with experience across HRIS, cloud technologies, systems integration and modern AI capabilities. The role focuses on designing and developing Workday solutions, integrating enterprise systems via APIs, and exploring Agentic AI to automate HR and business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain HRIS platforms to support core HR processes such as onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance management.
• Design and implement integrations between HR systems and other business applications (ERP, finance, IT) using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Identify opportunities to apply Agentic AI for automating repetitive HR tasks, query handling, data entry, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy standards across integrated systems.
• Document system configurations, integration workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide user training and support for HRIS tools.

Required profile

• Agentic AI experience (building, configuring, or working with AI agents/automation tools).
• Hands‑on HRIS implementation and configuration experience.
• Experience with systems/API integration (REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of core HR processes and data structures.
