About the role

TimeLapseME, a construction tech company, is looking for an HR & Admin Manager to run office operations and own the HR function as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

Run day‑to‑day office operations including facilities, supplies, vendors and lease management.
Own hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave, performance reviews and employee exits.
Lead the admin team and coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.
Maintain HR policies, trackers and ensure compliance with Pakistani labour law.

Required profile

3‑5+ years of experience in office administration and/or HR.
Degree in Business Administration, HR or a related field.
Experience supervising admin or support staff.
Working knowledge of Pakistani labour law and payroll basics.
Strong discretion, organization and clear communication.
