Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across our diversified group of companies. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior management, overseeing talent acquisition, payroll, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the HR function for all group companies, partnering with senior management on workforce planning and succession.
• Manage the HR Management System (HRMS), develop HR dashboards and KPIs to support decision‑making.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, promotions, transfers, and separations, ensuring smooth employee induction.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze turnover trends, and maintain complete employee documentation.
• Run the full monthly payroll process, verifying attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all levels, including headhunting for hard‑to‑fill positions and building a talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or HR‑lead role.
• Proven experience managing HR functions across multiple companies or business units.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, performance management and employee engagement.
