Human Resources Associate

About the role

The HR Associate manages recruitment and HR operations, with strong hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee coordination and compliance. The role contributes to building high-performing teams while keeping HR processes smooth. It is based in Wapda Town, Lahore, on site, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews and coordination of final interviews with hiring managers.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing on job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure timely issuance of offer letters.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation programs so new hires integrate smoothly.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, HR databases and employee records.
• Assist in workforce planning by coordinating with department heads on hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and create a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
• Assist in performance tracking, HR reporting and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods and hiring practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
