Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team on a permanent, onsite basis. The role focuses on strategic HR initiatives, recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining compliance with ISO and internal audit standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertise vacancies, shortlist resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, verify documentation, and issue offer and appointment letters.
• Assist line managers in talent acquisition and conduct recruitment drives for Emergency Medical Associates, EMTs, and advanced positions.
• Lead onboarding activities, including orientation, joining formalities, and probation monitoring.
• Create and maintain electronic and hard employee files, digitize records, and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
• Support payroll adjustments and guide employees on People & Culture policies.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR service queries such as leave procedures and employee concerns.
• Ensure all HR documents meet ISO 9001:2015 and audit requirements, updating records as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 1‑3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and handle employee relations with patience and empathy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
