Human Resources Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to join our growing team at a leading textile manufacturing and export company. The role focuses on strengthening people‑management processes, supporting recruitment, performance management, and overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and monitor employee KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and assist in policy development.
• Handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, and support engagement initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, monitor attendance and leave, and aid workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in textile or manufacturing.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and KPI development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
