About the role
RexD is hiring an HR Executive for its morning shift in Karachi. The role covers the core HR functions of recruitment, onboarding and employee relations, working closely with other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave and HR operations
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist with performance management and HR policies
- Resolve day-to-day employee queries
- Coordinate with other departments on HR-related matters
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
Required skills
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
