About the role
KSF Trizone is seeking an experienced Human Resources Labor Relations Manager to lead labour‑management functions at its Lahore site. The role focuses on overseeing a large workforce and contractor base while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage labour recruitment, attendance tracking, and records management.
- Oversee a large workforce and contractors, ensuring smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and industrial regulations.
- Handle grievance resolution and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate closely with payroll and site management teams.
Required profile
- 7–10 years of HR experience with strong labour‑handling expertise.
- Proven ability to mediate disputes, conduct investigations, and maintain effective workplace relationships.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
