Human Resources Manager (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

Forge is seeking a part‑time Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for teams serving UAE‑based accounting firms. Based in Lahore, the role blends on‑site presence with remote work, allowing you to shape policies, support employees, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data.
• Coordinate benefits administration and provide payroll inputs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Support managers with workforce planning and training initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports for leadership and contribute to organizational change projects.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Experience creating and maintaining compliance frameworks aligned with Pakistani labor law.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Background in professional services, accounting or outsourcing is advantageous.
