Human Resources Officer

About the role

Botmer International is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Officer to support and execute core HR functions in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment. You will play a key role in building a strong, engaging workplace culture while ensuring smooth people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support performance management initiatives and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR best practices, and legal requirements.
• Partner with leadership and department heads on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Resolve employee concerns, handle conflict resolution, and promote workplace engagement.
• Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Experience in technology companies, software houses, or startups is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid‑growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
• HR certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with HR software tools.
