Human Resources Payroll Assistant

About the role

AHE Solutions is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Human Resources Payroll Assistant for its Karachi office. The role supports payroll administration, maintains accurate employee records, and ensures compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the end‑to‑end payroll processing cycle.
• Maintain and update employee data using HRIS tools.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with relevant laws and internal policies.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in payroll administration and payroll management.
• Knowledge of human resources functions and HR management.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with Pakistani labor laws is a plus.
