Human Resources Specialist – Food & Beverage

About the role

Trio By Maham is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations within its food and beverage outlets. The role focuses on creating a disciplined, efficient, and positive workplace while supporting the unique needs of the restaurant and hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for restaurant and hospitality staff.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, shift scheduling, and maintain employee records.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
• Address employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
• Prepare warning letters, show‑cause notices, and other HR documentation as required.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary calculations, deductions, and attendance‑related adjustments.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
• Organise staff training, orientation sessions, and enforce workplace discipline.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, clearances, and final settlements.
• Collaborate closely with management and operations to meet staffing and HR needs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or the hospitality sector.
• Mandatory experience in the food & hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
