About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Lahore office and support the full lifecycle of our workforce. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
- Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Administer employee benefits programmes and develop employee‑oriented initiatives.
- Support employee relations, address queries and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in HR, HR management or personnel management (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Pakistani labour regulations and HR best practices.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage employee benefits and develop employee‑focused programmes.
- Proficiency with HR software and tools (specific platforms not required).
