Human Resources Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist to support a leading AI company on a part‑time contract. The role involves applying HR expertise to shape AI‑driven HR tools, policies, and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and template documents in line with best practices and regulations.
• Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows to improve efficiency.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artifacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies for effective organizational messaging.
• Contribute real‑world HR expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations with strong knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to design and deliver employee communications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for optimizing HR processes and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, delivering high‑quality results.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR and willingness to learn and contribute to AI‑driven HR tools.
