Human Resources Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist to join a leading AI company on a part‑time contract. The role focuses on applying HR expertise to shape AI‑driven HR tools, policies, and employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and templated documents in line with best practices and regulations.
• Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows for greater efficiency.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artifacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies.
• Provide real‑world HR expertise to evaluate and refine AI‑powered HR tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective employee messaging.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills to improve HR processes.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently within a remote team.
• Interest in AI applications within HR and willingness to learn.
