Human Resources Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist on a part‑time contract to support a leading AI company. You will apply your HR expertise to shape AI‑driven HR tools, improve policies, and enhance employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and template documents in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Design, analyze, and optimise onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows for greater efficiency.
• Provide HR compliance advice, handle employee‑relations scenarios, and create supporting artefacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies to ensure clear organisational messaging.
• Contribute real‑world HR expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑driven HR tools and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations with strong knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to design and deliver effective employee communications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for process optimisation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR and willingness to learn.
