About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist to support a leading AI company on a part‑time contract basis. The role focuses on shaping HR policies, processes, and communications while contributing real‑world expertise to AI‑driven HR tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and template documents to align with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows for greater efficiency.
• Provide HR compliance guidance, handle employee‑relations scenarios, and create supporting artifacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies to ensure clear organizational messaging.
• Contribute subject‑matter expertise to the evaluation and refinement of AI‑enabled HR tools and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for designing effective employee communications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to improve HR processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
• Interest in AI applications within HR and willingness to learn new technologies.
