About the role

We are seeking a Remote Human Resources Specialist on a part‑time contract to support a leading AI company. The role focuses on shaping HR processes and contributing real‑world expertise to AI‑driven HR tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review, develop, and update internal HR policies, handbooks, and template documents to meet best practices and regulatory standards.
• Design, analyze, and optimize onboarding processes and employee‑lifecycle workflows for greater efficiency.
• Advise on HR compliance and employee‑relations scenarios, creating supporting artifacts for training and reference.
• Craft and evaluate employee communications and change‑management strategies to ensure clear organizational messaging.
• Provide real‑world HR expertise to evaluate and refine AI‑driven HR tools and resources.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR policy development, compliance, and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective employee messaging.
