IELTS Instructor – Hybrid (Faisalabad)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time IELTS Instructor to join our growing team in Faisalabad. This hybrid position combines in‑person and online teaching, allowing you to deliver engaging, results‑driven IELTS preparation to learners of varying proficiency levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans covering all IELTS modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
• Conduct classes both on‑site and via digital platforms.
• Assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and share effective test‑taking strategies.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse proficiency levels.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to continuously improve course materials.
• Stay up‑to‑date with IELTS exam format changes and best practices in English language teaching.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching abilities with experience instructing diverse learner groups.
• Proficiency in IELTS exam preparation, including familiarity with exam structure, scoring, and strategies.
• Experience in lesson planning and creating structured, goal‑oriented lessons.
• Background in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or similar settings.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to use digital tools and online platforms for hybrid teaching.
• Relevant certification or training in ESL/TEFL/TESOL (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field (advantageous).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a learner‑centered approach.
