Immigration Counselor & Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a professional who can combine front‑desk administration with immigration and study‑abroad counseling. Based in our Lahore office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will guide clients through complex visa and immigration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk‑in inquiries courteously.
• Manage appointment scheduling, maintain client records, and handle document filing.
• Explain immigration, study‑abroad, visit and citizenship pathways, and assist in preparing application files.
• Coordinate with internal departments and overseas offices to ensure smooth case processing.
• Provide timely follow‑up with clients while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and Urdu with strong client‑service orientation.
• Experience in front‑desk or office administration, including reception management and record‑keeping.
• Ability to understand client needs, explain immigration and study‑abroad options, and guide documentation.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and CRM/case‑management software.
• Organizational, time‑management and interpersonal skills, including cultural sensitivity and teamwork.
• Previous experience in immigration consulting, study‑abroad counseling, customer service or reception is preferred.
