About the role
Softhat IT Solutions provides business software used in marble factories, schools, shops and clinics. As an Implementation & Support Executive you will visit clients around Mardan, set up their data, train their staff in Urdu and Pashto and act as their first point of contact after installation.
Key responsibilities
- Set up new clients on the school, POS, factory and clinic software.
- Enter and import opening data such as stock, students, customers and balances.
- Train munshis, cashiers and office staff in Urdu and Pashto.
- Visit client sites around Mardan when needed.
- Answer first-line support calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Report bugs clearly to the development team and follow up until fixed.
- Collect client feedback and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Fluent Urdu and Pashto, with basic English.
- Patience and a friendly way of teaching non-technical people.
- Willingness to travel for field visits around Mardan.
- Neat record keeping and follow-up.
Required skills
- Good computer skills, including Excel or Google Sheets.
