Influencer Marketing Specialist – E-Commerce (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to own and execute end‑to‑end influencer programs for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on creator sourcing, outreach, campaign management, and performance reporting across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shopify, and Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and recruit influencers and content creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Handle cold outreach, follow‑up, and relationship management via email, Slack, Discord, and direct messages.
• Coordinate gifting, product seeding, and shipment tracking from order to delivery.
• Recruit and manage TikTok Shop affiliates and support affiliate programs using tools like Social Snowball, Impact, and ShopMy.
• Track deliverables, enforce deadlines, and maintain accountability across the creator roster.
• Organize UGC campaigns and manage content rights collection.
• Negotiate compensation and gifting packages with creators.
• Maintain spreadsheets and pipeline trackers for visibility.
• Build performance reports covering reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Provide light community management for comments and DMs.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or a closely related digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Seller Center, and Amazon.
• Familiarity with influencer or affiliate tools like Social Snowball, Impact, or ShopMy.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Canva, and AI tools.
• Strong written communication and exceptional organization skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to flag issues early and work independently.
