Influencer PR Coordinator – Social Media Campaigns

About the role
NEON Square is looking for an Influencer PR Coordinator to lead and execute influencer‑driven public relations campaigns. You will act as the bridge between the brand and social media creators, ensuring collaborations are timely, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate, negotiate, and manage the execution of PR campaigns with influencers.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Coordinate content schedules, deliverables, and approvals to guarantee on‑time collaborations.
- Respond to social media comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights on reach, engagement, and ROI.
Required profile
- Minimum graduation (bachelor’s degree) required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing or PR.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
