Intern Recruiter – International Hiring (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Intern Recruiter to support our international hiring efforts on a night‑shift schedule. This paid internship offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening and placing candidates for global positions, with the possibility of a full‑time role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify and screen international candidates for various roles.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to final selection.
• Coordinate with international hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
• Assist in onboarding new international hires and support relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

Required profile

• Strong interest or experience in HR or recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and handle international time zones.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with good organizational skills.
