HR Intern – Recruitment and Operations Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to assist with recruitment and daily HR operations. You will work under the supervision of the HR Manager in a target‑based environment, helping to meet monthly hiring goals while gaining hands‑on experience in HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities such as job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process and aim to hire 15–20 candidates per month.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment updates and maintain hiring records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged; prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong follow‑up and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target‑driven environment.
