International Business Development Executive - B2B Sales

About the role

FSDC Aerosolutions seeks a tech‑savvy International Business Development Executive to expand its global client base for advanced flight simulation solutions. You will target flight academies, aviation universities and defence procurement contacts, running automated outreach and managing long‑term leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research, scrape, enrich and verify decision‑maker contacts (Chief Flying Instructors, Aviation Directors, Procurement Heads, ATOs) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and other lead‑gen tools.
• Design and execute automated cold‑email and LinkedIn outreach sequences.
• Maintain a documented pipeline, track follow‑ups, re‑engage inactive prospects and ensure consistent progress across international sales cycles.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client training needs and coordinate technical meetings when required.
• Assist leadership in preparing commercial proposals, agency agreements and tender documentation.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in B2B outbound sales, international lead generation, SaaS sales or IT/export services.
• Proven fluency with B2B prospecting tool stacks (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Instantly/Smartlead, CRM management).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong persistence, organized pipeline management and an aggressive hunter mindset.
