International Cold Calling Agent

About the role

Tech BPO is looking for an experienced International Cold Calling Agent with proven outbound cold calling and international sales campaign experience. The role involves making outbound calls to potential clients in international markets, especially the USA, generating qualified leads and converting them into business opportunities. The position is onsite in Lahore, working Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets, particularly the USA.
• Identify and engage prospective clients to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Introduce company services professionally and communicate their value effectively.
• Build rapport with prospects and maintain professional business relationships.
• Handle objections, follow up with potential clients and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and campaign performance.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in international cold calling; candidates without prior international cold-calling experience will not be considered.
• Hands-on experience with outbound calling, preferably in US-based campaigns.
• Excellent English communication skills with strong fluency and a clear, professional accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Confidence in initiating conversations with new prospects and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
