International Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the role

Global Reliance, a provider of virtual services for SMEs in marketing, accounting and HR, is hiring an International Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The recruiter oversees talent acquisition for international markets, sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews and keeping stakeholder relationships positive. The role is on the night shift (7 PM - 3 AM).

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles (USA, Canada, etc.)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and creative sourcing channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Coordinate with hiring managers on job requirements and hiring timelines
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Manage and update ATS/HR systems with accurate data
• Handle high-volume hiring with tight deadlines
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Stay updated on global hiring trends and market insights

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international hiring
• Strong communication skills, especially English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM - 3 AM)

Required skills

• Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems
