International Sales Agent – Night Shift

About the role

Techsol IT is seeking energetic International Sales Agents to join its night‑shift team. You will work from 12:00 AM onward, making outbound cold calls to prospects in international markets and promoting the company’s IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls to potential clients across global markets.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch, generate interest, and qualify leads according to company criteria.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly KPIs while handling objections and closing deals.
• Log customer details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to maximise conversions and revenue.

Required profile

• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑native accent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling, sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Punctuality and strict adherence to night‑shift timings (12 AM onward).
• Goal‑oriented, team‑player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

What we offer

• Base salary of 95,000 PKR per month plus commission on sales.
• Average take‑home earnings ranging from 120,000 PKR to 140,000 PKR.
• Night‑shift schedule with consistent work hours.
