International Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are launching an export‑focused home textile company specializing in terry towels for international B2B markets, especially the United States. The International Sales & Business Development Executive will join the founding team to build and grow our overseas customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential international buyers, importers, wholesalers, and hospitality textile distributors.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, industry directories, market research, and professional networking.
• Manage buyer inquiries, product requirements, quotations, follow‑ups, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct competitor analysis and pinpoint new export market opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sourcing team to match buyer requirements with suitable manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and weekly performance reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in international B2B sales, export marketing, or textile business development.
• Experience in terry towels, home textiles, or hospitality textile exports strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage international buyer communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with digital prospecting tools.
