International Sales Executive – Outbound Sales

About the role
We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing team in Karachi. The role focuses on generating new business and managing existing accounts through high‑volume outbound calls, with performance directly linked to earnings.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify, acquire and onboard new clients while nurturing existing customer relationships.
- Maintain long‑term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospect and close deals.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, BPO or call‑center environments (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire for professional growth.
Required skills

- Salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 80,000, based on experience.
