International Sales Specialist - Online Classes

About the role

Raedion Labs is looking for a full-time, on-site International Sales Specialist (RSP US Front Sales Executive) in Karachi to handle sales inquiries and turn prospective US clients into customers for online classes and related academic services. The role works a night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients in the US market about online classes and academic services.
• Understand client needs, including course needs, academic schedules and service expectations.
• Explain services, pricing and processes clearly and professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and handle objections and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and build professional client relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth handover after closing a sale.

Required profile

• Previous experience in international sales, preferably targeting the US market; RSP sales experience preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field preferred.
