International Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an International Technical Recruiter to source and hire top talent for the United States market. The role requires deep knowledge of US recruitment processes, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, combined with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for US‑based positions using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen and qualify candidates on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline and long‑term relationships with past applicants.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly submission targets and maintain required submittal‑to‑interview ratios.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress notes in the ATS.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate preparation and timely communication with hiring managers.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the US market.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with relationship managers.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with US‑focused job boards such as Monster, Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Knowledge of US visa types and recruitment terminology.
